These terms apply to the SearchLight website and local developer preview. Public hosted Google connections and directory installation are not yet available.
Using SearchLight
SearchLight is offered by SimpliFixed Technologies, operating as Wicked Labs. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be an adult able to agree to these terms and have permission to access any accounts or data you connect.
What the service does
SearchLight helps you interpret Google Analytics and Search Console information through supported AI hosts. Website demonstrations use synthetic data. The local preview is experimental; features and availability may change. This website does not offer paid subscriptions or process payments.
Your accounts and responsibilities
Only connect Google accounts and website properties you are authorized to use. Keep credentials secure, review permissions and reports before sharing, and comply with Google, your AI host, and applicable law. Do not send passwords, OAuth secrets, or tokens to support.
Read-only access and website repairs
Google tools are read-only. Recommendations do not constitute permission to change a website. Edits or deployment require separate authorized capabilities and your instructions. Review and test any proposed change before publication.
Limits of reports and recommendations
Reports depend on tracking configuration, permissions, API availability, date ranges, quotas, data thresholds, and processing delays. Google API coverage is narrower than some Search Console dashboard reports. AI-generated explanations can be incomplete or wrong. Check important findings against source evidence. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, rankings, crawl frequency, or indexing.
Acceptable use
Do not access other people's data without permission, bypass authorization or rate limits, disrupt the service, misuse data for surveillance or prohibited advertising, or submit malicious content. We may restrict access to protect users and the service or comply with law.
Ownership and third-party services
You retain rights to your data. We retain rights to our branding and service materials, subject to any separately identified licenses. Google, ChatGPT, Codex, Railway, and Cloudflare are third-party services with their own terms. Wicked Labs is independent and is not endorsed by Google or OpenAI.
Availability and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights. You are responsible for your decisions and website changes.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using SearchLight and revoke Google access at any time; see the disconnect guide. We may modify or discontinue the preview. Material terms changes will be posted with an updated date. Questions or disputes can be raised at support@wickedapi.com.
